# Introducing The Mentorship Series 1 December 2025 Announcements ยท [The Contest Academy](https://0xsimao.com/the-contest-academy) ยท 0xSimao --- **What Is The Mentorship Series** The Mentorship Series will track the progress of mentees under my supervision. That's right, I will be personally giving mentorship to an exclusive number of auditors. I will pick an auditor and mentor them 1:1 for three months at a time, choosing on the 1st of March, the 1st of June and so on, with the goal of taking a beginner from zero to four figures, or an intermediate from four to five. **Goals** I genuinely think three months is enough to go from \$0 to four figures as a complete beginner, and from four figures to five with some prior knowledge. Why? Because I did the first myself in roughly that time without anyone guiding me through contests, and the second once I focused on a contest full time. And if the big findings do not come, the three months will still put you in a far better position. **What Will We Do** That depends on your level, but the important part is daily communication. I will set aside at least 30 minutes a day to answer your questions, most likely in a 1:1 Discord call. I will record these calls and may share them, or parts of them. I want you entering contests, and in these calls I will point out what is going wrong in your methodology, what resources you need for that particular codebase, and answer whatever you ask. **Requirements** All I ask is that you show consistency and progress over three months. The mentorship takes a lot of my time, so I have to be careful about who I pick, and I will only choose the most dedicated. Every day for three months, post what you have learned, with links to the resources, the contests you are entering, the findings you found or missed, and anything interesting you spotted โ€” and tag @0xSimao Contest Academy in the post. Then, based on this progress, I will pick a mentee for the next 3 months.\ \ **Note**: this may make you eligible for other future opportunities. **This Series** Each mentee's progress will be shared in this series: at least one opening article on where they stand and a closing one on the results and lessons, with milestones along the way. **When To Apply** When a mentorship ends I will announce it, and you can get in touch about your progress and how long you have been posting. If you have completed the three months your application will be considered; if not, apply for the next one. I take on a mentee roughly every three months. So get started. Post daily and I will follow you, then get in touch once you have completed the three months.
