What Attackathon | Fuel Network is
Fuel is a modular execution layer for Ethereum: a UTXO-based virtual machine (the FuelVM) with parallel transaction execution, native asset support and its own Sway language and toolchain.
Scope
The Fuel network implementation: fuel-core, the FuelVM and the on-chain surface of the Sway toolchain.
