What Blast is
Blast is an Ethereum L2 with native yield: ETH and stablecoin balances rebase from staking and T-bill income at the chain level, so the bridge and the yield plumbing are part of the chain itself.
Scope
The L2 core: the yield-bearing bridge, rebasing ETH and USDB accounting, and the gas refund plumbing.
