What Frankencoin is
Frankencoin is an oracle-free, collateralised Swiss-franc stablecoin (ZCHF): anyone can propose a position minting ZCHF against any collateral, the community can veto or challenge it, and auctions, not price feeds, decide whether a challenged position is sound. The whole risk process is a market rather than a whitelist.
