What Starknet Staking is
Starknet Staking v2 is the network's protocol staking layer, implemented per SNIP-28: STRK holders stake directly or delegate to validators, who in v2 also attest to randomly assigned blocks each epoch to earn their rewards, with commission, epochs and an exit queue governing how stake enters and leaves.
